Payment Options
Choose to have your tuition and fees automatically charged to your credit card (debit cards are not recommended). Automatic credit card payments are charged within 30 days of each course start date.
Documentation required for the Cash Plan:

Choose this option if your employer reimburses a portion of your annual tuition. With this option, tuition and any applicable fees are deferred a maximum of 60 days after each course start date, regardless of when you receive payment from your employer.

Active Duty, veterans, spouses, reservists, National Guard, and more specific military-affiliated groups have unique opportunities to help pay for school, including the University of Arizona Global Campus Military Grant, tuition assistance, Yellow Ribbon program, and more.
You may be eligible for the Full Tuition Grant or Tuition Benefits when combined with your company’s tuition assistance program.
Your Financial Services Advisor will walk through these steps with you.
- Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID – create an ID to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- FAFSA – complete this application to know how much federal student aid you qualify for. The UAGC school code is 001881.
- Financial aid offer – after you’ve successfully submitted your FAFSA, you’ll receive an email with information about your offer.
- Master Promissory Note – complete your loan agreement. You’ll need your FSA ID to log into the website, your driver’s license or state ID number, and information for two references who you have known at least three years.
- Entrance Counseling – complete this required step to ensure you are aware of your loan balance as well as loan basics, including how interest accrues. You’ll also be advised about grants, scholarships, work study, responsible borrowing, loan limits, keeping a budget, loan disbursements, and more information regarding your loan.
