3rd Party Transcript Request

Student Records

  • Third parties may request verification through the National Student Clearinghouse. Students may receive enrollment certification through Clearinghouse Self Service in their Student Portal.

Federal Investigator Requests: We can accept Department of Defense (DOD) requests via email to [email protected], or via fax 888-481-7811 (if we have already verified credentials). In-person requests can be made at our Chandler location: 180 S. Arizona Ave, Suite 301, Chandler, AZ 85225.

  • Students that wish to change demographic information (updating address, telephone, email address), may do so on the Student Portal or by emailing Student Records.

  • The Student Records office can provide course guides in lieu of syllabi. You can access course descriptions via the online academic catalog. For archived catalogs/course descriptions, please email the Student Records office.

  • Students can request to be added or removed from being contacted by UAGC.

  • Students are reviewed for graduation the week following their last course in their program.

Students are required to submit their Petition to Graduate and pay the Graduation fee prior to completing their degree. This allows us to order their diploma once students are in graduate status.

  • Diplomas are ordered on behalf of students the month after they are placed in graduate status. The entire process roughly takes 4-6 weeks for students to receive their diploma after the order has been placed. Once the order has been placed, students will receive an e-diploma to their email address on file.

  • Directory Information Access

Students can request to add or remove a block on the release of directory information from their records.
