Personalized Video Keepsake
Congratulations UAGC Graduates!
You will be sent a custom link from StageClip in early September. That link will allow you to personalize your name card by uploading a photo, adding a short, written message (150 characters or less, including spaces), and/or a video of up to 10 seconds. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You may also request a new upload link by entering your email address at upload.stageclip.com. If you have questions or are having technical issues with your StageClip uploads, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. These will be combined into a short personal recognition StageClip video that you can view, download, and share on social media after the ceremony!
The upload period: TBD
On the day of the event, you can click on the StageClip bar and Search for your name to view your custom clip. StageClip will send an e-mail three hours after the start of the ceremony with a link to the clip. Please note, you will still receive a generic video keepsake with your name even if you did not submit a photo and/or video.

Graduation Ceremony FAQ's
The Commencement is not a ticketed event. Therefore, you can invite as many guests as you like. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. The venue is large so we have plenty of seats.
If you are attending the commencement in-person, you will be provided any applicable honors regalia at check in. If you are not attending the commencement, please email [email protected] after you have been placed in Graduate status (this is typically 1-2 weeks after your last class). Be sure to include your Student ID and a mailing address, we can send you any applicable honors regalia.
The eligibility requirements for commencement participation are as follows:
Spring ceremony: Grad date is between January 1 and June 30

Latin Academic Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude) regalia are awarded to undergraduate students. All Masters students are held to a higher academic standard and are not eligible for University honors. Please note that the masters hood and gown are different from undergraduate regalia and indicate the distinction and honor as a Masters level graduate.
The petition to graduate form is not mandatory for undergraduate or Masters students to participate in a commencement. All doctoral students must submit the petition to graduate form to indicate participation as the doctoral form has different information requests.
All participating graduates must have a university approved cap and gown that was purchased from our authorized vendor to participate.
