Personalized Video Keepsake

Congratulations UAGC Graduates!

All graduates attnding the in-person ceremony will receive a short personal recognition StageClip video that can be viewed, downloaded, and shared to social media after the ceremony! Links from StageClip are coming that will allow you to personalize your video by uploading a photo, adding a short, written message (150 characters or less, including spaces), and/or a video of up to 10 seconds.

Graduation Ceremony FAQ's

  • If you are attending the commencement in-person, you will be provided any applicable honors regalia at check in. If you are not attending the commencement, please email [email protected] after you have been placed in Graduate status (this is typically 1-2 weeks after your last class). Be sure to include your Student ID and a mailing address, we can send you any applicable honors regalia.

  • The eligibility requirements for commencement participation are as follows:

    Spring ceremony: Grad date is between January 1 and June 30

    Fall ceremony: Grad date is between July 1 and December 31

  • You can view the Fall 2021 Virtual Commencement ceremony here.

  • Latin Academic Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude) regalia are awarded to undergraduate students. All Masters students are held to a higher academic standard and are not eligible for University honors. Please note that the masters hood and gown are different from undergraduate regalia and indicate the distinction and honor as a Masters level graduate.

  • The petition to graduate form is not mandatory for undergraduate or Masters students to participate in a commencement. All doctoral students must submit the petition to graduate form to indicate participation as the doctoral form has different information requests.

  • If your grad date is not in the eligibility range listed previously, you will need to email [email protected] to inquire about an exception.

  • All participating graduates must have a university approved cap and gown that was purchased from our authorized vendor to participate for in-person commencements. For virtual events, the cap and gown is optional.
