Getting Ready for Commencement

1. Which Ceremony are you eligible for? 
   • Fall 2026 Virtual Ceremony: Grad date is between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 and did not attend the Spring Ceremony.
   • Spring 2027 In-Person Ceremony: Grad date is between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2027, for all Undergraduate and Graduate students. If your grad date is not in the eligibility range by March 3, 2027, you will need to email graduation.information@uagc.edu to inquire about an exception.
2. The requirement to attend the Spring 2027 in-person ceremony is to purchase UAGC Jostens regalia before March 15, 2027:
   • For In-Person Commencement, all participating undergraduate or graduate students must have a University-approved cap and gown purchased from our authorized vendor. A cap and gown are required, the tassel, stole, and Master’s hood are optional and students can choose to purchase a package or items separately. 
   • If you are a Doctoral student, please reach out to your advisor to ensure you are on track.
