Getting Ready for Commencement
- Make sure you are eligible:
- Spring 2026 In-Person Ceremony: Grad date is between September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, for all Undergraduate and Master’s students. If your grad date is not in the eligibility range by March 3, 2026, you will need to email graduation.information@uagc.edu to inquire about an exception.
- Fall 2026 Virtual Ceremony: Grad date is between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 and did not attend the Spring Ceremony.
- The deadline to purchase regalia for the Spring 2026 in-person ceremony is March 15, 2026:
- For In-Person Commencement, all participating undergraduate or graduate students must have a University-approved cap and gown purchased from our authorized vendor. A cap and gown are required, the tassel, stole, and Master’s hood are optional and students can choose to purchase a package or items separately.
If you are a Doctoral student, please reach out to your advisor to ensure you are on track.
