State Authorization and SARA

The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) is approved as a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) participating institution by the Arizona SARA Council. SARA is a national initiative that helps expand students’ access to educational opportunities and ensure more efficient, consistent, and effective regulation of distance education programs. As of February 2024, 49 states (all but California), the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands have joined SARA. To learn more about SARA, visit https://nc-sara.org.
