Discover a Trusted Path to Continued Success

At UAGC, one of our passions is helping students pursue their degree while maximizing their previous credentials, including associate degrees. In this spirit, we have developed in-depth trusted partnerships with select premier community colleges and other institutions of higher learning to provide exciting opportunities for transfer students. If eligible, you can save money on your tuition, earn credit for your work/life experience, and seamlessly transfer your college credits into a program that will set you on an accelerated path toward graduation. If you earned your associate degree from or are affiliated with one of our partners, visit their partner page for more details.

Students may transfer approved college credits toward their bachelor’s program at the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC).* This means your hard work will not go to waste. An Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0 may automatically fulfill general education requirements at UAGC. Lower-division work may even be equivalent to UAGC upper-division course content, so you won’t have to repeat courses you have already taken.†

Our Students are Going Places
  • “They took all my military credits and my previous educational credits. I literally started off as a sophomore. I was blown away by that. I hope to inspire any individual that is doubting themselves because they cannot see themselves in a different light. That light being higher education or landing their dream job.”
    Joe Karpinski, Jr.

  • “I had started community college right out of high school, and while I liked school, I couldn’t afford it once I had moved out of my parents’ house. This process has showed me I am so much more capable than I believed I could be. The confidence I have gained from this experience is invaluable.”
    Susanna Toomey

Certain degree programs may not be available in all states.

Availability of start dates is based on program selection.

* The transferability of credits is subject to the University of Arizona Global Campus transfer credit policies and requires the submission of official transcripts. The official transcripts will be evaluated to determine the credits that will officially apply toward a University of Arizona Global Campus degree program.

** Savings on tuition available for those who qualify. $4,950/year is bachelor’s tuition savings based on completing 30 credits per calendar year at a flat tuition rate of $295 per credit versus published tuition per credit in the UAGC catalog on 2/6/24. Savings will be prorated if students complete less than 30 credits per calendar year. Benefits vary by degree level.

† Students must complete 30 credits to meet residency at UAGC and meet 30 upper division credits through their course work at UAGC or in transfer.
