Leadership Supported Care
Return to CoC Summit

This panel session will explore the impact of the Culture of Care through contrasting faculty perspectives. The panel will address topics such as the challenges and benefits of adopting the Culture of Care, and how their teaching practice has evolved. The panel members will explore how their relationships with students and their own careers have changed and whether (and how) the Culture of Care translates into the real world. The diverse faculty perspectives will help attendees assess the Culture of Care as a teaching, learning, and working framework.
