My teaching style and philosophy model the hybrid or blended style. I strive to be inclusive of the learning needs of my students while incorporating curriculum-appropriate objectives with effective learning and engagement of the student.

I am self-motivated and progress-driven with an extensive background in business, organizational design, and leadership. With a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I have developed and executed strategies that have proven valuable to the organizations I’ve served and the courses I have the pleasure of facilitating.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator, technologist, and professional, I encourage my students to begin each course with an open mind and a willingness to ask as many questions as needed to feel comfortable with the material.
