Collegiality – Together, Everyone Achieves More
Return to CoC Summit

What is collegiality, and why is it important in helping shape organizational culture and to improve DEI? How does collegiality create healthy and productive relationships within a culture of care?

Interdepartmental collegiality can manifest in various ways, including:

  1. Interdisciplinary Projects
  2. Joint Research Initiatives
  3. Resource Sharing
  4. Cross-Departmental Committees or Workgroups
  5. Interdepartmental Events
  6. Interdepartmental Mentoring and Support

This panel will discuss how fostering collegiality and creating the right culture and environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and respected, allows professionals to thrive both personally and professionally.
