Culture of Care Summit - Day 1

A Rough Guide to Culture of Care: How to Care when Caring is Hard

Leadership Supported Care
Return to CoC Summit

The diversity of the panel opens the door to a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities regarding the application and evaluation of the Culture of Care throughout the university. The Culture of Care is an expectation of the UAGC culture; however, there are times that the line between empathy and accountability is blurred and difficult to understand. The intent of the panel is to bring to light the processes and possibilities of increased positive outcomes for all involved once the core of Culture of Care is truly understood.
