Culture of Care is the most important aspect of online education. Students can feel as though they are on an island since there isn’t a physical classroom, so it is of the utmost importance that students feel cared for in order to persist to graduation. It is necessary to meet students where they are at so that we can provide the necessary resources that will aid in students’ success with school.

Biography

Nathan supports about 450 students of his own and also helps with all other students in his community to support advisors on his team. His goals are to continue to help develop an academic advising model for online students that maximizes support and helps students persist to graduation more frequently. Nathan’s hobbies are golfing and camping with my family.
