The University of Arizona Global Campus is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), 1001 Marina Village Parkway, Suite 402, Alameda, CA 94501, 510-748-9001. In June 2019, WSCUC reaffirmed the University of Arizona Global Campus accreditation for six years, with the next scheduled reaffirmation visit in 2025.

The University of Arizona Global Campus students are continuing their degree programs without interruption. The UAGC affiliation with University of Arizona creates new pathways for collaboration for the benefit of students. UAGC students are now part of the broader University of Arizona community. 

Current operations at UAGC will continue uninterrupted. Students are moving ahead in their degree programs with the advantage of a full suite of resources designed to help them succeed in their degree program.

The University of Arizona Global Campus is an affiliate of the University of Arizona, but it has been established as a separate university with its own accreditation, programs, and faculty.

The conversion to nonprofit status will not happen immediately, but the conversion process will continue to occur after the finalization of the transaction and once all necessary regulatory approvals are in place.

The university will continue to operate from the existing San Diego campus located at 8620 Spectrum Center Blvd., San Diego, CA, 92123-1406.

*Doctoral dissertation classes are 9 weeks.
**The transferability of credits is subject to Ashford University's transfer credit policies, and requires the submission of official transcripts. The official transcripts will be evaluated to determine the credits that will officially apply toward an Ashford University degree program.
