Biography

Dr. Ashley Dellosa is the Program Chair for the BA-Business Administration program at UAGC. Dr. Dellosa has been teaching with UAGC since 2020. She holds an Bachelors in Business Administration, a Masters in Human Resources Management, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation researched the generational learning preferences between online, traditional and blended modalities. Dr. Dellosa has 14 years of experience in higher education and 11 years in management/leadership. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Phoenix, Arizona.
