At UAGC, the Culture of Care deeply influences the faculty experience. The institution is committed to enhancing faculty success through developmental opportunities while respecting their voice. A key initiative involves providing regular feedback on teaching practices through course observations, aiming to foster reflection and discourse among faculty. However, data analysis suggests the need for refining this process through collaborative efforts across departments. This study proposes applying the "Empower" pillar of the Culture of Care to refine engagement strategies, utilizing cross-departmental communication channels. The goal is to empower faculty to contribute, learn, and grow, ultimately improving teaching practices and enhancing the classroom experience for both faculty and students.
