We’re excited to introduce a new and improved way for you to request support from the Student IT team, designed to make getting help faster and easier while you focus on your coursework.

You can now submit a support request directly through the “Submit a Request” button on the Tech Support page of myUAGC. This new option is available starting Friday, July 31, 2026. It will take you to a quick web form where you can report an issue and connect with our team for assistance.
