Respecting the Dynamics of the Organization and Vendor Relationship

This session will share the journey of building respectful relationships between organizations and vendors through a culture of care lens and how thorough, effective outcomes can be reached that provide high-quality results for those an organization serves. In October 2022, UAGC and LearningMate, an organization dedicated to creating digital infrastructure and technology solutions within organizations, launched their partnership to provide students with high-quality and engaging learning experiences. Through respectful dialogue and feedback, the teams on both sides of this collaboration have experienced personal growth and success.
