A personal reflection on self-care, navigating recovery from trauma that continues to affect over a lifetime, and the changing self-care needs as growth occurs. During this session, learn about two different journeys of self-care needs after surviving trauma, and how good self-care may be leveraged in support of others. Presenters will discuss their personal experiences.
Attendees will hear from UAGC Access & Wellness and HELPLine, bringing the perspective of serving students into the conversation. Finally, the presenters will share resources available to the UAGC Community, and possible options to look for within your community, including work, outside of the UAGC Community.
