Culture of Care Summit - Day 1

Infusing the Culture of Care in Your Team

Care and Working in Teams for Success
Return to CoC Summit

The Culture of Care is a top priority, infused into Student Affairs hiring practices, goal setting, and outcomes and used with intention in every engagement with students and each other. Our VP of Student Affairs, Rachel, will facilitate a dialogue between various representatives from Student Affairs.  Staff will share their experiences with the Culture of Care and will highlight some of the shared spaces we’ve created with the goal of care. Come learn about some of the ways we promote a Culture of Care within Student Affairs, with our students and across the University.
