- Transfer-out Rates – UAGC has elected not to report transfer-out rates because the University’s mission does not include preparing students to enroll in another eligible institution without completing or graduating.
Health and Safety
- Annual Fire Safety Report / Fire Log – UAGC does not maintain on-campus student housing facilities and therefore does not maintain fire safety policies, fire statistics, or a fire log.
- Annual Security Report / Crime Log / Missing Student Procedures / Emergency Response and Evacuation Procedures – As a 100% online university, UAGC is not required under the Clery Act to compile an Annual Security Report. As a university that does not have a campus police or security department and does not provide on-campus student housing, UAGC is not required to compile a Crime Log or to establish a missing student notification policy or emergency response and evacuation procedures. UAGC continues to uphold portions of this regulation as a best practice.
- Campus Hazing Transparency Report – In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act and A.R.S. § 15-2301, UAGC will publish an annual report of hazing violations, including the organization involved, date of violation, incident description, and sanctions imposed. This report will be made publicly available on this webpage.
- Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program
For the reporting period ending October 1, 2025, no hazing incidents were reported to UAGC. This report will be updated regularly to reflect any future reports of hazing.
