Emily Robles is the Academic Operations Manager at the Office of Academic Innovation, Operations, and Technology for the University of Arizona Global Campus. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Emily has held various roles across numerous departments, including Student Services and Academic Operations. Emily earned her bachelor's degree in organizational management in 2014, equipping her with a strong foundation in organizational leadership and management principles. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience, has prepared her for the dynamic and multifaceted role she currently holds.
In her current role, Emily leads a dedicated team of Faculty Scheduling Administrators as well as Faculty Payroll and Contract Administrators. Her team plays a pivotal role in bridging the connection between the university's unique and diverse student body and the esteemed faculty members. This intricate process involves ongoing collaboration with college leadership and other university departments to provide comprehensive support and resources to faculty members.
