In a time where it can be difficult to find time to breathe, it is becoming more important to schedule time for self-care and to be present in the moment. Guided imagery can serve as a self-care technique to help bring the body to a relaxed state. Join Dr. Dillard as she leads a guided imagery session using a body scan process and the images of a butterfly and glass ball. Additional images on the screen may include images in nature. This session can serve as a 30-minute opportunity to breathe and center yourself.
