Culture of Care Summit - Day 2

Applying a Collaborative Project Management Focus to the Culture of Care Summit

Care and Working in Teams for Success
Return to CoC Summit

The Culture of Care Summit was a university-wide effort that needed to be launched with an expedited project lead time. As this was the inaugural CoC Summit, the project team did not have a historical frame to rely on. The project team needed an approach that satisfied two main objectives: meeting the expedited project lead time as well as incorporating the CoC principles. The Project Sponsor and Project Manager worked to establish a collaborative approach to managing the  Summit project. This project incorporated the CoC pillars of Communicate and Empower.
