This interactive workshop will help participants explore their hidden bias from their background in order to use self-reflection to improve their cultural humility when interacting with others. Knowledge of DEIBAJ is not enough; We must take an active role to explore our current prejudice in order to evolve into advocates that accept and embrace the differences found in all cultures. While this is not an easy task, we can learn to use loving and supportive solutions that promote more compassionate, empathetic, and peaceful exchanges for the benefit of all.
