Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)
The UAGC Prior Learning Assessment team will review the following to see if your experience translates into college credit.

Prior learning can be assessed by providing documentation of training content, hours, and a summarization of learning outcomes and application to a program at the University of Arizona Global Campus. You may apply up to 30 PLA credits toward degree completion for your bachelor’s degree program and up to 15 PLA credits toward an associate of arts program.
Credits from National Testing Programs & National Credit Recommendation Services In addition to PLA credits, UAGC will assess nontraditional credit earned from:
