The following terms and conditions ("SMS Terms and Conditions") apply to text message services offered by The University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) and its subsidiaries and affiliates. By enrolling in a UAGC text message service, you agree to the UAGC Privacy Policy and UAGC website Terms and Conditions of Usage, which are incorporated by reference.
Text Message Services Description
UAGC offers texting services through which we send periodic autodialed marketing and non-marketing text messages. You will only receive marketing messages if you have opted in to receive texts from UAGC. By enrolling, you agree to receive periodic recurring autodialed marketing messages at the mobile number you provided at the time of opt-in.
Enrollment in text messages is not required as a condition of applying, enrolling, or purchase. While UAGC does not charge for this service, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding your plan and coverage.
Opt-Out
You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP to 468242.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message and may still receive informational and/or emergency alert texts from UAGC.

Your Wireless Number and Indemnification
By participating in UAGC texting services, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number. If your phone number changes, you must notify UAGC immediately at +1 866-711-1700.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY UAGC FOR ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, AND DAMAGES RELATED TO OR CAUSED BY YOUR FAILURE TO UPDATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER WITH UAGC.
Warranty Disclaimer
UAGC texting services and all information conveyed are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, UAGC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Security, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or availability of text messages.
- The successful delivery of messages by your wireless provider.
UAGC and mobile carriers (e.g., T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. UAGC will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:
- Non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of a text message.
- Inaccurate or incomplete content in a text message.
- Use or reliance on the content of any text message.
Modification
UAGC reserves the right to revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect upon posting to the UAGC website. You agree to review these terms periodically. Your continued consent to receive UAGC text messages signifies your acceptance of any changes.
