- When combined with a company’s approved Tuition Assistance program, tuition grants let eligible students earn their degree with 100% of tuition costs covered. Students are responsible for the cost of course materials/books and fees.
- Grant options include a Full Tuition Grant and the Bright Horizons Tuition Grant.

- The Employee Tuition Savings payment option pairs your company’s tuition reimbursement plan with an accompanying grant to help your employees minimize tuition costs.
- Under the Employee Tuition Savings payment option, your employees will have 100% of their tuition costs covered. Students are responsible for the cost of course materials/books and fees.
Shared Tuition Savings
Shared Tuition Savings
- This program provides your employees with savings when combined with your company’s reimbursement.
- Shared Tuition Savings establishes a flat annual tuition cost and is funded by the employee and the University of Arizona Global Campus.
- Your employee can utilize your company’s tuition reimbursement dollars to offset the total annual contribution cost.
- Once the employee’s total annual contribution is met, UAGC covers the remaining tuition costs.

UAGC offers a fully funded tuition grant (Full Tuition Grant) that removes the tuition cost barrier to an employee’s educational pursuit. Employees will be responsible for the cost of course materials/fees.

- If you offer tuition assistance/reimbursement at $5,250, UAGC can provide your employees access to the Full Tuition Grant program—allowing them to earn their degrees with no tuition costs.
- If you do not currently offer this, consider enhancing your tuition reimbursement to the full $5,250 annual limit to allow for participation in the UAGC Full Tuition Grant program and give your employees the opportunity to earn a degree with 100% of tuition costs covered. Employees will be responsible for the cost of course materials/fees.
- UAGC partners with companies to support apprenticeship programs that combine professional experience with higher education. UAGC provides the academic curriculum, guidance, and resources so employees can earn a degree while participating in their company’s apprenticeship program, helping build skills that benefit both the individual and the organization.
