A master’s degree in psychology is a graduate-level degree program that can often require two or three years of study, and can be taken after you complete your undergraduate degree. A masters dives further into psychological research and theory and equips you with the skills needed for real-world application.

While psychology graduates are not mind readers, their unique ability to comprehend, anticipate, and articulate human behaviors is an invaluable currency in today’s job market. Forward thinking employers long ago abandoned the notion that psychology graduates belonged solely in research facilities and have been recruiting them to fill positions that demand an understanding of employee thinking.
