Student Records will order your diploma once your school status has been updated to Graduate status.
Diplomas are ordered on a monthly basis from the Michael Sutter Company. You should expect your diploma to arrive seven to ten business days after it's been shipped. You will receive several emails during this process: Prior to the order you will receive a diploma address verification email (if you have moved please respond to the email with an updated address within 48 hours of the email being sent), the second email will notify you once the diploma has been ordered, and the last email will come from Michael Sutter with your e-diploma and secure ID for logging into Michael Sutter.
Check your school status by logging into myUAGC→Under UAGC Student Portal, select Open Student Portal→My Degree→Degree Progress. If it has been 30 days since your diploma was ordered and hasn’t arrived, you may contact Student.Records@uagc.edu.
UAGC has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Students may also order an official copy of their transcript to verify degree conferral.

Diplomas are 8.5” x 11”
Frames Option 1
You can order a diploma frame through the UAGC Jostens site.
Frames Option 2
Custom frames can be ordered through the Michael Sutter Company in Utah.
Regalia
If you plan to attend the Spring in-person Commencement ceremony, your regalia must be purchased from our UAGC Jostens site.
If you need a reprint or duplicate diploma, fill out and submit the Diploma Reprint Request form and pay the associated fee noted on the form. We order reprinted diplomas twice a month.
