Nicole Egelhofer-Wells

Nicole Egelhofer-Wells is a member of the Faculty Affairs team at UAGC. She is passionate about designing equitable learning environments, and she is constantly seeking to expand and refine her knowledge in the field through research and praxis. The core theme of her research is a student-centered approach to education that removes barriers, leverages technology, and empowers students to take ownership of their learning. Nicole is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. She hopes to use her education and experiences to contribute to the development of an inclusive learning community in which all members feel empowered and supported.
