Biography

Mik joined the University of Arizona Global Campus in 2024 and has worked in higher education since 2014. He currently serves as the Military Alliance Manager for all military-affiliated communities in the southeastern area of the United States. He retired from the United States Air Force in 2004 after 20 years of service. While in the Air Force, he supplemented his quest for self-improvement by earning various college degrees including 3 CCAF degrees, a bachelor’s degree in business, and a dual M.A. degree in Management and Human Resource Development in 1998.

He married his wife in 1986. They now live in Melbourne, FL, and enjoy traveling, watching football, and spending time with their five grandchildren whenever possible.
