A Culture of Care starts with valuing the person as a whole as the foundation of every interaction. It is at the heart of a supportive environment that nurtures an individual’s capacity to meet, greet and rise to the occasion of life’s challenges with agency, purpose and fulfillment. It is marked by a sense of respect for each person’s individual ability to find their way.
