Biography

Tommy joined UAGC in April, 2021. In this role, he provides legal, regulatory, and compliance guidance and counsel to the Board, the president, the Administration and the faculty. Tommy brings over 15 years of higher education experience to the University after serving as the Director of Government and Legal Affairs at Loyola University of New Orleans. Prior to joining Loyola University, Tommy served as legislative assistant to former United States Senator John Breaux.
