Biography
Dr. Stephanie Stubbs serves as the Research Program Chair at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where she supports doctoral students across multiple programs by overseeing research quality and integrity. Her enduring interest in how environmental contexts shape individual experience has progressively evolved from basic research on the cultural grounding of interpersonal relationship to the application of these and other social psychological insights to enhance teaching and learning. Throughout her academic career, she has held faculty roles at the associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, contributing to curriculum development, faculty training, and numerous instructional quality initiatives. Dr. Stubbs contributes to the broader online education community through publications and conference presentations focused on learner success, instructor presence, and doctoral student support.
