Biography
Dr. Rochelle Robinson-Levant is an accomplished higher education leader with a distinguished record of success in academic administration, online program innovation, faculty development, and cross-functional team leadership. With more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education—both online and on-ground—she brings deep expertise in learner-centered pedagogy and evidence-based instructional design. Her career is defined by designing and leading academic programs that strengthen institutional effectiveness, drive enrollment growth, and elevate student success. She specializes in building accessible, high-impact learning pathways that serve diverse undergraduate, graduate, and professional learners, with an unwavering commitment to supporting the full student life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to graduation and career advancement.
Dr. Robinson-Levant currently serves as the Associate Dean of the Division of Business Operations Professions and Associate Professor in the College of Professional Advancement at the University of Arizona Global Campus. In this role, she leads academic operations, faculty development initiatives, and strategic program growth aligned with the institution’s mission to expand access and advance innovation in online education.
Previously, Dr. Robinson-Levant served as Assistant Dean at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law, where she oversaw a national portfolio of online and graduate programs, including the Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) and Master of Laws (LLM) degrees. She directed the expansion of online and hybrid offerings, strengthened global partnerships, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and implemented targeted recruitment and retention strategies. Her leadership improved student outcomes, sustained academic excellence, and ensured regulatory compliance across highly specialized fields such as health law, compliance, and international law.
Earlier in her career, Dr. Robinson-Levant served as Associate Dean at North Park University’s School of Business and Nonprofit Management, where she led the development and quality assurance of online undergraduate and graduate programs. She oversaw curriculum design, faculty development, instructional innovation, and student support strategies with a strong focus on accessibility, equity, measurable learning outcomes, and long-term student success.
Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Robinson-Levant has built collaborative teams across regions, guided accreditation and regulatory preparation, launched culturally responsive certificate programs, and championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that strengthened institutional culture and academic relevance. She has successfully led large-scale organizational change with a commitment to innovation, accountability, and student-centered design.
Dr. Robinson-Levant holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Francis, an MBA, a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law, and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. These qualifications reflect her dedication to advancing academic quality, equity-minded leadership, and strategic transformation in higher education.
