Jennifer Myers

Biography
Dr. Jennifer S. Myers serves as Associate Dean for the Division of Justice, Security, and Public Safety Professions at the University of Arizona Global Campus. She brings more than a decade of experience in higher education leadership, specializing in criminal justice, workforce education, and institutional innovation.
Before joining UAGC, Dr. Myers held leadership roles at Midland College and Odessa College in Texas, where she led large-scale instructional transformations, expanded workforce partnerships, and secured significant grant funding to advance student success. Her leadership contributed to national recognition from the Aspen Institute and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for excellence in student outcomes and innovation.
Dr. Myers earned her Doctor of Psychology in Psychology with a concentration in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of the Rockies, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Texas Permian Basin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Texas Tech University.
