How to Order Your Transcripts from the University of Arizona Global Campus

 

If you know Your Student ID:

  1. Log in to your Student Portal
  2. Click My Degree.
  3. Click Order Official Transcript->Request Transcript*

If You Don’t Know your Student ID/Or have a Parchment Account already:

  1. First time user? Click Create Account. For Returning Users, login to your account with the email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your Password.
  2. Follow the prompts to order a transcript.
  3. Former Ashford University, University of the Rockies, Franciscan University (of the Prairies), and Mount St. Clare students can login to Parchment to request your transcripts.
  4. Third-Party Requestors must request student transcripts through Parchment.

Fees

  • $10 per copy of official transcripts requested by the student
  • $15 per copy of official transcripts requested by a third-party requestor

Additional pricing per copy of official transcripts is dependent on shipping method:

  • USPS Domestic $2.50
  • USPS International $5.40
  • FedEx** Overnight Domestic $32.00
  • Fed Ex International Priority $58.00

**For Fedex overnight orders please allow for one business day for order processing and then one business day for shipping. Fedex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Important Details:

  • Orders will begin processing immediately and cannot be held for grades to post or degree conferral. Please check your Unofficial transcript on your Student Portal to make sure all coursework and grades are posted to your record.
  • The delivery method of a request cannot be changed once the request is submitted a new request will need to be made.
  • Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Need to pay by check or money order, fill out the UAGC Official Transcript Request form and mail with the check or money order to the address on the form.
  • Former Ashford University, University of the Rockies, Franciscan University (of the Prairies), and Mount St. Clare students can login to Parchment to request your transcripts.

  • You can request an official transcript 24/7 through your student portal or Parchment Self-Serve. Please check your Unofficial transcript on your Student Portal to make sure all coursework and grades are posted to your record. Order processing begins immediately, and transcripts will not be held for grades to post or degree conferral.

    You can request an electronic transcript or mailed transcript (additional fees are included). Please note that Electronic transcripts are intended solely for the use of the recipient and cannot be forwarded to any person or organization other than the intended recipient.

  • Yes, you do have the option to send your transcript via mail or e-transcript.

    Electronic transcripts are only considered official to the original recipient. Any forwarded electronic transcripts to your 3rd party are considered unofficial.

  • If you know your Student ID you can login to the Student Portal and select My Degree->Unofficial transcript. If you do not know your Student ID please email [email protected] with your first and last name and one additional identifier (I.e. DOB, last four of your SSN, previous email on file).

  • If a mailed rushed transcript is needed please select either the Fedex Overnight Domestic or International Priority. Fedex cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

    Electronic transcripts are typically processed within 24 hours of being received in Parchment.

  • If you have specific holds on your account related to identity verification or student conduct you will not be able to make a request for an Official transcript request until those holds are resolved. If you are a current student with these holds please contact your Student Advisor. If you are not a current student, please contact the appropriate department.

    Financial Balances do not restrict transcript ordering.

  • Yes, we now accept 3rd party orders. Your 3rd party will have you sign a consent form first. Once they have the consent form they will sign in to Parchment account or go the Parchment storefront and place an order.
