CVS Health Scholarship
This year, five CVS Health colleagues will be selected to receive 100% of their costs* toward completion of a degree program** at UAGC. To be considered for the Scholarship†, complete the online form below between json data here and json data here. Recipients will be selected at random through a lottery drawing. Recipients must be employed by CVS Health at the time of selection.

*The CVS Health Scholarship covers all direct educational costs. Recipients will remain responsible for any other associated expenses such as graduation regalia and living expenses. Scholarships are available for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs.

†The CVS Health Scholarship program is a full degree program benefit for select CVS Health colleague recipients, selected at random through a lottery drawing to attend the University of Arizona Global Campus. CVS Health will provide each recipient an employer-sponsored scholarship and UAGC will waive any remaining program costs while the student continues participation in the benefit program.
