The UAGC Culture of Care Summit is a free virtual event that's mission is to educate and inspire participants to take action in their own organizations, teams, and circles by better understanding what a Culture of Care looks like and feels like, and the positive benefits of building this culture. Whether in education, business, or a community not-for-profit, the summit supports national and international constituents in improving customer service, organizational well-being, and lasting positive, impactful conditions for their organizations by creating a culture that does not just say they care but really do care for their employees and customers.
