Veterans Day is November 11, and to help honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, businesses nationwide are offering discounts as a “Thank You” for your service. Here, we highlight some of the top discounts that will be available to veterans through major participating companies. All offers are valid Veterans Day only — Wednesday, November 11, 2020.*
Food/Beverages/Meals
- 7-Eleven: Veterans, active-duty, retired, guard, reservists, and family members get a free coffee or Big Gulp.
- Applebee’s: Veterans and active-duty military get a free meal from a special menu. Valid for dine-in only.
- Buffalo Wild Wings: Veterans and active-duty service members get a free order of 10 boneless wings and fries. Valid for dine-in or take-out.
- Chili’s: Veterans and active-duty military service members get a free meal from a select menu. Valid for dine-in only.
- Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ: Active-duty and former military get a 20% discount and a complimentary dessert. Veterans get 20% off the entire month of November!
- Red Robin: Veterans and active-duty military who are Red Robin Royalty members can redeem a free Tavern Double Burger with Steak Fries. Valid November 12–30 for dine-in or take-out. Offer will be automatically uploaded to your dashboard.
- Yard House: Veterans and active-duty military get a complimentary appetizer. Valid for dine-in only.
Retail
- Columbia Sportswear: Military personnel get 20% off at all Columbia brand and outlet stores.
- Great Clips: Veterans and current military members get either a free haircut or a free haircut card to use at a later date. Non-military customers can purchase a service on Veterans Day and get a free haircut card to give to a veteran you know. Haircuts are redeemable through December 11, 2020.
- Home Depot: Veterans get a 10% discount. Home Depot offers 10% discount year-round to active-duty military and retirees!
- Office Depot and OfficeMax: Veterans, active-duty military personnel, reservists, and their dependents get 25% off qualifying regular- and sale-priced purchases November 11–13. Valid in-store only.
- Sports Clips: Participating locations will provide free haircuts to veterans and active-duty service members, and donate $1 for every haircut service provided.
Travel+
- 9/11 Memorial and Museum: Veterans will receive free museum admission as well as half-price museum tickets for up to three family members ages 7–18.
- Aquarium of the Pacific: Veterans and military personnel get free admission.
- B&Bs for Vets: Participating locations will offer a minimum of one free room for one night. Most innkeepers will give their free rooms away on November 10. Offers vary.
- Colonial Williamsburg: Military families get a free admission ticket during Veterans Day weekend.
- FantasyWorld Resort: Active-duty service members and veterans get the Patriots Salute Package, which includes discounts on stays November 1–30 (with a two-night minimum stay).
- Jefferson Lines: Veterans and active-duty military members get free bus tickets November 1–11. Tickets are available for travel departing November 11–26 for both one-way and round-trip travel. Veterans and active-duty military members are welcome to return on a different date for round-trip tickets anytime through December 31, 2020.
- National Parks: Veterans will have free access to more than 100 National Parks that require entrance fees.
- Wyndham Hotels & Resorts: Active and retired military members, veterans, and their families save up to 15%, plus receive 500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points for qualified stays booked by December 7 and completed by December 8, 2020.
