If you are seeking admission to the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management program, you must meet the following three levels of admission requirements (conditional, provisional, full) in order to be fully admitted to the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Additional Conditional Admission Requirements for Applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management Program
Applicants seeking admission to the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management program must meet the following admission requirements prior to the start of the first course at the University of Arizona Global Campus:
- Successfully complete and clear a Criminal Background Check (CBC)* with Sterling Infosystems, Inc.
*The approximate cost of each CBC will be $28.00. Submission of the CBC is required for admissions and again at time of Professional Practice Experience.
