Biography

Erin has a profound belief in the power of big picture thinking and compassionate leadership to effect positive change. In her 12 years with UAGC, she has had the privilege of learning from her peers, teams, and students, to in turn, support the well-being and growth of those around her. She aims to create an environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, and where care, compassion, and success intersect seamlessly.
