Biography

As a staunch believer in fundamental human rights, Alexa recognizes the inherent value of others. Throughout her career, she has embraced a philosophy of servant leadership, anchoring her work in empathy compassion, learning, and kindness. On her journey of continuous learning, both formal and informal, she approaches opportunity with curiosity. During her 10+ years with UAGC, Alexa has actively sought to support a culture of care, recognizing that culture is created by all participants, regardless of position. We all need a helping hand to learn and grow, and Alexa believes that by extending grace to ourselves and others, we can navigate this journey together.
