Lisa Kemp, CPA is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at UAGC. Lisa first joined UAGC as a financial consultant in January 2022, bringing more than 25 years of progressive experience focused on transformational financial solutions and business practices that deliver measurable enterprise results – nearly 20 of those years leading finance and budget operations at institutions of higher education.

Prior to UAGC, Lisa served as Senior Vice President Administration and Finance, Chief Financial Officer at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Before then, she was Vice President Finance and Budget; Associate Vice President, Controller at George Mason University; Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at CFO Trident University International (TUI); President and Chief Financial Officer at Cogswell College; and Senior Vice President of Finance, CFO, and an Officer at American Public University System.

Lisa received her MBA in Finance from American Public University System and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University.
