Dr. Egypt Grandison

Biography
Dr. Egypt Grandison has been an Associate Faculty Member with the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) since 2022 and a higher education instructor since 2006. She currently serves as Lead Faculty Professor in the Bachelor and Master of Human Resource Management programs within the Department of People Management Professions.
With extensive experience in course and content development, business office management, and academic leadership, Dr. Grandison has led committees addressing institutional policies, departmental operations, and academic standards. Her background includes faculty appointments at Bemidji State University, South College, Westcliff University, and Century College.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Human Resource Management), two master’s degrees, one in accounting and the other in business administration, and multiple professional certifications in Quality Matters, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership, and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Grandison’s scholarly contributions include the co-authored publication “The Experiences of Black Faculty at Predominately White Institutions in Minnesota” (Open Journal of Social Sciences, 2022). Dr. Grandison is known for her determination, knowledge, and grit qualities that continue to drive student success and program excellence within the HRM discipline.
