Biography

Dr. Connie Lower has guided UAGC online faculty and students through various classes for fourteen years. She received her B.S. in Education and M.S. in Educational Administration from Illinois State University in Normal, IL. She earned her Superintendency certification at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and her Doctorate in the Instructional Process from that institution. She served many years in the public/private K-12 field. Her experiences in education include middle school/high school science instructor, gifted coordinator, principal, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and school board member. Dr. Lower now has the opportunity to serve in higher education. Helping students of all ages learn and grow is her life-long passion.
