Biography
Dr. Connie Lower has guided UAGC online faculty and students through various classes for fourteen years. She received her B.S. in Education and M.S. in Educational Administration from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. She earned her Superintendency certification at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her Doctorate in the Instructional Process from the same institution.
Dr. Lower served many years in the public and private K–12 education field. Her experiences include serving as a middle school and high school science instructor, gifted coordinator, principal, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and school board member.
She now has the opportunity to serve in higher education as part of the Global College of Integrative Learning at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where she continues to help students of all ages learn and grow—a lifelong passion she has carried throughout her career.
