UAGC policies, programs, practices, and processes ensure it continuously identifies institutional barriers to student success; takes actions to ameliorate those barriers; and uses institutional data to continuously improve institutional and student performance. Institutional student success goals drive the university’s body of work; all UAGC faculty and staff regularly evaluate the effectiveness of their work, according to measures of progress on these goals, via academic and co-curricular program reviews and assessment plans.
