CoC pillars

Based on UAGC staff and faculty practices within their own departments, the sessions will be diverse, focusing on Culture of Care practices within higher education, in addition to how teams and leaders can more effectively cultivate this culture within their own unique organizations. Lastly, the summit will provide options to attend creative self-care sessions, including hobbies and talents that support one’s own self-care and can also sometimes be utilized to support a more creative side of building “care” by encouraging the value of knowing all people within one’s organization, as well as encouraging personal wellness.

In addition, the summit will feature dynamic speakers that will further enhance the culture of care experience.
