Which Degree Should You Consider?

If you’ve read our Forward Thinking blog, you may have come across the article “Getting Work Experience vs. Getting a Master’s Degree.” Perhaps you’ve even determined a master’s degree is the right choice for you. Now it’s time to decide which degree you should pursue. The University of Arizona Global Campus now offers 20 master’s degrees, and deciding which degree you should get can be just as difficult as deciding to pursue your graduate education.

You want to earn an education, however you can’t imagine the prospect of clocking in at 9 every morning and out at 5 every afternoon or a day spent chained to a computer, phone, and cubicle.

There are plenty of good prospects that don’t fit the office-computer-time clock model. Here’s a list of five great career-worthy non-office jobs for college graduates.

Summer is usually a time to get outside, enjoy the sunshine, and spend time with family and friends, whether you go to beaches, lakes, reservoirs, and rivers for fun-filled water activities, a visit with relatives, travel, or relax in the comforts of your own home. It may be summertime, but, many people are still in college, which means it is still a bit of a challenge to plan a getaway. That doesn’t mean you can’t still have fun, while also getting through your summer courses. 

The year 2021 is flying by right before our eyes. As we move through spring and look ahead to the summer months, our students are continuing to stay focused in order to reach the goals they set for themselves this year.
