Thankfully through Sedgwick’s UAGC Full Tuition Grant program I received my Master of Arts in Organizational Management on May 22, 2022. My motivation for enrolling at UAGC was to further my career at Sedgwick since there are so many opportunities they provide. The courses are beneficial, purposeful and I learned so much in this management program. It was definitely worth my time. The UAGC staff were always professional. Also, I want to say the professors know the material and were able to convey it in a manner that I was able to grasp.
My decision to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Leadership came from a desire to advance my career with Sedgwick. I was at a point in my career where I needed more, and furthering my education was the place to start. My experience with the University of Arizona Global Campus has been excellent. The learning environment is ideal for a full-time colleague, and the instructors are great. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I look forward to earning my degree.
What motivated me to return to school was I knew I wanted more than an associate degree. However, it was hard for me to pay out of pocket to continue my education. Since Sedgwick offers full tuition grant along with UAGC, I was able to go back and complete my bachelor’s degree in Business leadership. I am currently enrolled in the master’s degree program for Organizational Management as well. Both degrees help me become a better leader and with the knowledge that I have learned I will be able to continue to grow within the Sedgwick organization. When it came to enrolling, the UAGC staff was quite helpful. They explained everything and spoke with me throughout the enrolling process. Whenever I had a query, the staff was quick to respond and ensured that my needs were addressed. My overall experience is a 10 out 10! Thank you, Sedgwick, for helping me reach my goals!

Classes last 5 weeks for undergraduate programs, 6 weeks for graduate programs, and 9 weeks for doctoral capstone, planning and project classes.
The transferability of credits is subject to the University of Arizona Global Campus transfer credit policies and requires the submission of official transcripts.
Full Tuition Grant is not available for doctoral degree programs.
Students must provide proof of learning during the official PLA review process. PLA credit is never guaranteed until a Faculty Subject Matter Expert has reviewed a submission, and any approved credits are applied to a student’s degree progress report. Credits must be earned at the same degree level in order to be applied. Additional restrictions may apply. See the UAGC Academic Catalog for full transfer policies.
